1. How do I schedule a pet transport?
Request a ride through our online booking form. Once your request is received, we’ll confirm availability and trip details.
2. What areas do you serve?
The Pet Concierge Co. proudly serves select Metro Atlanta areas, including Buckhead, Brookhaven, Midtown, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Virginia-Highland. Transportation outside our standard service area may be available upon request.
3. What types of pet transportation do you provide?
We provide transportation to veterinary appointments, groomers, daycare, boarding facilities, airports, and other approved pet-related destinations.
4. Will my pet ride with pets from other households?
No. We provide private transportation for one household at a time, giving your pet a more comfortable, controlled, and personalized experience.
5. How is my pet kept safe during transportation?
Pets are safely secured using RuffLand Performance Kennels and appropriate travel restraints based on their size and individual transportation needs.
6. Is your vehicle climate-controlled?
Yes. Our transportation vehicle is climate-controlled to help keep your pet comfortable throughout the journey.
7. Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. The Pet Concierge Co. is insured and bonded for added peace of mind.
